Biography
Robert L. Lovett founded Lovett & Murray in 1999 with a single mission: to give accident victims in El Paso and Southern New Mexico the aggressive, honest representation they deserve. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Rob built the firm from the ground up into one of the region's most trusted personal injury practices, handling over 50,000 cases and recovering more than $150 million for injured clients and their families.
Rob's approach is straightforward — he treats every client the way he would want his own family treated after an accident. He personally oversees case strategy, negotiates with insurance companies, and is never afraid to take a case to trial when a fair settlement cannot be reached. His tenacity in the courtroom has earned him recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer (2019–2020), an Avvo Superb 10.0 rating, and membership in both the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums.
Beyond the courtroom, Rob is deeply committed to the El Paso community. He has served as a board member for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), the GOOD WORKS Foundation, and the Hispanic College Fund. He believes that fighting for justice doesn't stop at the courthouse doors — it extends to building a safer, stronger community for everyone.
